Not only is there a pneumothorax and a pneumomediastinum, there is subcutaneous air in the supraclavicular regions bilaterally. The left upper lobe is collapsed; the two coronal images below demonstrate soft tissue material in the left main stem bronchus. The patient underwent bronchoscopy.
